Agnostic is the solo project of Tomato Dodgers' lead guitarist/lead vocalist Asher Meerovich.
The album itself is very quirky, taking on a lot of different influences in guitar instrumentation, as well as in production. It also takes on a very dark tone, with topics such as depression, lost love, and well... just listen to the album. I don't want to give everything away.

Guitar wise, Meerovich uses a lot of influences, from spacey jazz guitar, to upbeat latin influences (Woman In Black), to 50's style rock n' roll in the extremely catchy and dark Elvis Impersonator, which if this were a mainstream release, would probably be the single off of this album. Other tracks like Staying awake till 5 and Seeing Snow and Throw Your Life Away take more unconventional risks in the areas of Noise Rock and Twinkly Emo, and the totally work. Probably the noisest, heaviest track on the album is I feel the Devil's breath on the back of my Neck, which is very reminiscent of Theo Dennis's Tiny Rainbows.

Vocally, Meerovich has a range of a very shaky, almost apologetic twang, to a loud and angsty scream. That being said, you only hear very little of the latter. Most of the vocals on the album are very laid back, and easy for anyone to pickup and listen to. In fact, the only time I ever heard him scream was on the background of Shave Your Head When You Get This. It also has a killer guitar solo. Did I mention the guitar work on this album is pretty great?

One thing I would like is for the vocals to be a bit cleaner, but then again it's a stylistic thing that's really up to the artist.

Anyway, Bummertime II is a very solid LP, and I recommend you show it to your friends.
